The Republican National Committee and their high paid lobbyist called Freedomworks (run by Dick Army) are funding these “mobs” at local town hall meetings about health care reform. Fortunately the Democratic National Committee is standing up to them and calling them what they are, an inorganic, well funded, highly orchestrated, ill informed mob.

President Obama acknowledges the prejudices that gays and lesbians face on the 40th anniversary of the civil rights act in front of the NAACP.

If confirmed, Sullivan would be the first out Supreme Court justice. She would be the third female Justice. Sullivan\’s choice would be monumental for gays and lesbians as many of our rights remain in legal limbo as cases move through the court system. Most notably a DOMA lawsuit…
