Dick Cheney yet again defended torture today claiming Barack Obama is putting the country at risk by not torturing. Dick Cheney has to be Barack Obama’s wet dream. Cheney’s polling was below 17% when he left the White House, and I can only imagine it is lower now. Cheney’s legacy is one of torture and shooting his friend in the face. If this is the best the Republican Party has to defend a record that the world nearly unanimously condemns, than bring it on.
Keep defending torture, Dick. You’re doing justice a favor by giving us the perfect evil villain.
