Yesterday Joe, Linda, and I went on a fantastic trip to Skagit County Washington for the annual Mt. Baker Orchid show. The orchids were stunning, but the bigger surprise came during our search for a picnic location. We came across these Snow Geese on Fir Island migrating north to the Russian Arctic. I felt like I was on the Discovery Channel!
